"Slow support and too many policy excuses"
I had a really frustrating experience with customer service. It took days to get a reply, and when they finally answered, it didn’t feel like they actually read my message. They mostly leaned on policy excuses instead of giving me a clear answer or trying to help. it left a bad impression, and I probably wouldn’t order again if this is how support is handled

I only wore this once and the stitching already ripped. It just started coming apart really fast, which was disappointing

"Sizing Just Felt Off"
I had a feeling something wasn’t quite right as soon as I tried it on. I ordered custom sizing based on my measurements, but the fit didn’t really match what I submitted. It just felt off overall

I was disappointed. It feels cheap in person, but the price is way too high for what you’re actually getting. Like, make it make sense. I definitely don’t think it’s worth the money

"Sizing was just really off"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was kind of all over the place. It was way too tight in some areas and weirdly loose in others. I even checked the size chart, but yeah, it didn’t really help at all. Disappointing, and I probably won’t order again.

"Pretty solid suit, but why are the shoulders always the problem?"
I ordered a suit from zentaistore for the price, it’s way better than I expected. The fabric actually feels nice, the stitching doesn’t look cheap, and the overall fit was decent. My only little gripe is the shoulders were a bit tight, because of course that’s the one area that has to be annoying. Also had that fresh-out-of-the-package smell when it arrived, so I had to let it air out for a bit, but whatever, not a huge deal. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again.

I wanted to like it, but the material felt really scratchy on my skin. I started getting sweaty fast too, and after a little while I was just like... yeah, no. Not comfortable at all, unfortunately

"Shipping Took Forever, Maybe Just Bad Timing"
I ordered from Zentai Store and the shipping ended up being way slower than I expected. I get that delays happen, and maybe I just ordered at the worst possible time, but it still felt like it took forever. The tracking barely changed, so I kept checking it and getting more frustrated. By the time the package finally showed up, I was already annoyed. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date

"Feel dumb for trusting the photos"
I ordered a suit thinking it would look like the pictures, but it really didn’t. The design was a little off, but the biggest problem was the color. It was way brighter in person and looked cheap. I checked the photos more than once before buying, so now I just feel stupid for trusting what they showed. Disappointing and I wouldn’t order from them again.
